Our computer system crashed Friday (July 27). Thankfully we are up and running again and working very hard on restoring any missing information however any data entered -- including food and medication requests as well as appointments booked unfortunately may not be in our system. Despite our best efforts to get everything updated and the infinite capabilities of technology, we cannot guarantee oversights.
We would like to invite you to contact us to confirm we have your requests in our system. We would much rather hear from you twice than have you waiting or show up for an appointment that we weren't aware of.
We are so very sorry for this inconvenience, but grateful that our backup system is working!
